Payment Policy
When your appointment is confirmed, I will send an e-mail with instructions on how to pay via Venmo or Apple Pay. Payment is required prior to your scheduled cleaning to reserve your spot.

What is your Satisfaction & Cancelation Policy?
At The Fresh Nest Co., your satisfaction is important to me. While I do not offer refunds, I am happy to make things right — my reputation is most valuable to me. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please contact me within 24 hours and I will gladly return to address any missed areas.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, your payment will be credited toward your next scheduled cleaning. I kindly ask for as much notice as possible to accommodate changes.
How Often Should I Schedule a Cleaning?
I recommend starting with a deep clean to set a solid foundation. From there, a basic cleaning every other week helps maintain a fresh and tidy home without the stress.
BONUS: If you book reoccurring cleanings every other week, you will receive $50 off each cleaning after your first three months of consistent service!
Service Area and Travel policy
I primarily serve the New Braunfels and Seguin areas. However, I am happy to travel anywhere across Texas! For locations outside my primary service area, a mileage fee of $0.75 per mile each way will be added to your total.
For example, if you live 60 miles away, the round-trip distance is 120 miles. At $0.75 per mile, the travel fee would be $90.
Are You Insured
I am not insured yet, looking more into that as I build my business.
Do you Bring your Own Supplies?
Yes, I bring all the necessary cleaning products and equipment. I use safe, non-toxic products by default. But I can happily use stronger options upon request.
Do I Need to be Home During the Cleaning?
No, it is entirely up to you! Many clients provide access and return to a Fresh Nest!
What Services do you Offer?
I offer basic, deep and move-in/move-out cleaning. I also provide add-ons like interior appliance cleaning, organizational help, and laundry service. Please see my Services page for more information!
What Types of Spaces do you Organize?
I organize closets, pantries, laundry rooms, playrooms, home offices, garages, kitchens, bathrooms, and more. If it needs structure and a fresh start, I can help!
Do I Need to Buy Bins or Containers Before you Arrive?
No! I will assess your space first and recommend products if needed. You are welcome to shop yourself or I can shop on your behalf for an added fee.
Are Products Included in the Price?
No, the price covers my time, planning, and hands-on organizing. Any storage products (bins, baskets, dividers, etc.) are billed separately.
How Long Does it Take to Organize a Space?
It depends on the size, the amount of stuff, and your goals. A standard closet may take a few hours, while a garage with a larger square footage and storage could take a full day or multiple sessions.
Do I Need to be Home During the Process?
Not necessarily. If we have already done a consultation and I know your vision, I can work while you are away! Just let me know your preferences.
Will you Help me Declutter and Decide what to Keep?
Absolutely! I will gently guide you through the decluttering process and help you make decisions that align with your lifestyle and goals. I can even help consign your clothes or other items on social media — with a percentage kept due to time and work involved in the selling process.
What if I only Want a Few Hours of Help, not a Full Project?
I offer hourly rates for smaller projects — perfect for a quick pantry reset or drawer makeover.
What if I need certain items ironed or put away?
There will be an additional fee for ironing. It is not in my practice to put away laundry.
What is Included in your Laundry Service?
My service includes sorting, washing, drying, folding and neatly organizing your laundry by category (delicates, towels, bedding, etc.). I use quality, skin-safe detergents unless you have a preferred brand.
How Much Laundry Can you do in One Session?
It depends on your machine and household needs, but a standard session typically covers 4-6 loads. I can give a better estimate after a quick consultation.
Can you Handle Special Requests (like stain treatment or air drying)?
Absolutely. Just let me know ahead of time and I will follow your instructions carefully. No promises on complete stain removal. But I will do my best!
